This policy explains how ListingPro ("we", "us") handles personal data when you use listingpro.uk, in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.

What we collect

• Enquiry data. When you submit our contact or assessment form we receive the details you enter: your name, email address, and information about your eBay listings.
• Email correspondence. If you email [email protected], we receive your email address and message content.
• Technical data. Our infrastructure providers (see below) process standard technical logs such as IP addresses for security and delivery purposes.

How we use it

We use your data solely to respond to your enquiry, deliver the service you've requested, and maintain records of our work together. We do not sell your data, share it with advertisers, or add you to marketing lists without your explicit consent.

Who processes your data

• FormSubmit relays form submissions to our inbox.
• Cloudflare provides site delivery, security and email routing for our domain.
• Google Workspace/Gmail infrastructure hosts our mailbox.

How long we keep it

Enquiry and project correspondence is retained for up to 24 months to support follow-up work and our legal obligations, then deleted.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you may object to or restrict our processing. Email [email protected] and we will respond within one month. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).

listingpro.uk does not set advertising or analytics cookies. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which may log technical request data.
