ListingPro provides eBay listing optimisation: rewritten titles, item specifics, descriptions, pricing recommendations and store audits ("the Service"). Deliverables are provided for you to review and apply to your own eBay account. We never access, operate, or require credentials for your eBay account.
2. Quotes, payment and delivery
Prices displayed on listingpro.uk are per listing or per audit as stated. Work begins once a quote is accepted and payment terms agreed in writing (email). Typical delivery is 24 to 48 hours per batch; timescales are estimates, not guarantees.
3. No guarantee of results
eBay's search ranking is controlled by eBay, not by us. While our recommendations are based on measured practice, we cannot and do not guarantee specific sales, ranking positions or revenue outcomes.
4. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of product information you provide, for your listings' compliance with eBay policies and applicable law, and for reviewing deliverables before applying them.
5. Intellectual property
On payment, the optimised content we deliver for your listings becomes yours to use on your eBay account. Our guides, templates and site content remain our intellectual property.
6. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law. Otherwise, our total liability arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid for the work giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of profits or account status.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
